Andy is an experienced learning and development professional with expertise in the design and delivery of Hospitality and Leadership and Management programmes. Andy is vastly knowledgeable in the field of continuous quality improvement practices surrounding the education and training sector. Andy is experienced in performance management and executive coaching to maximise business performance. He holds a plethora of skills and knowledge around Management Theory and the effective application of this to modern day business
Andrea is highly experienced at managing the design and delivery of contemporary blended learning programmes that utilise technology and traditional delivery methods. Andrea has worked predominately with multi-site organisations in the hospitality, retail and the motor vehicle sector. Recently Andrea has operationally managed the opening and set up of work based learning providers on a national scale and now specialises in the implementation of apprenticeship programmes to large employers and supports them in the application and management of employer direct contracts.
Having started his career in the Hospitality industry when he left college, Barry worked his way to Head chef and then moved into management before focusing his attention on work based learning. More recently Barry has focused on the development and delivery of national apprenticeship contracts, leading his teams from the front and being involved in all aspects of course delivery to ensure apprentices receive an effective and enjoyable learning experience, allowing each learner to grow and develop their skills, whilst delivering an ever increasing valued member of the team for the employers.
