Andrea is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in designing and delivering blended learning programmes that combine digital innovation with traditional training methods.
She has partnered with leading multi-site organisations across the hospitality, retail, and motor vehicle sectors to deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable results.

Andy Tait
Andy is a highly experienced training and development professional with specialist expertise in the design and delivery of Hospitality, Leadership, and Management programmes.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as Level 7 qualifications in strategic management and leadership practice, bringing both academic insight and practical expertise to his role.

Barry McNamara
Barry is an experienced hospitality professional who progressed from Head Chef to senior management before focusing his career on work-based learning. He now leads PLG’s operational delivery, overseeing national apprenticeship contracts with a focus on quality, consistency, and measurable impact.
Drawing on his extensive leadership and industry experience, Barry ensures every programme delivers meaningful results for learners, employers, and partners.
