Apprenticeships in the hospitality sector offer advantages such as skill development, tailored workforce training, reduced recruitment costs, industry knowledge transfer, and the ability to address skills shortages effectively. Lavy payers, if your annual wage bill is over £3m, then you will already be paying into the levy through your Digital Apprenticeship Service account on a monthly basis. The money in this account can only be used to fund Apprenticeship programmes, and is only available for 2 years before it expires. PLG can support you to navigate this account and form a strategy to use this fund effectivley.
Non Levy, if your annual wage bill is less than £3m, then you fall under co-investment, this means the government will pay 95% of the cost of the apprenticeship, and you will only be required to pay the additional 5%.
Levy transfer, if you are not a levy payer, but know somone who is, it is possible for you to recieve a levy transfer to cover the full cost of the apprenticeship.
